Employment Opportunities
Whitecap Alpine Adventures is a family-owned and operated company employing between 10 – 60 employees and contractors year-round.
Our office is based at Pemberton Airport, with our main lodge located north of Pemberton in McGillivray Pass. Here, we employ cooks, operations staff, and ACMG-certified guides. We also host various BC and internationally guided trips for which we employ guides and other support staff.
By request, we bring in photographers, yoga instructors, and massage therapists. In the summertime, we host curated trips in partnership with fitness gurus, wildlife specialists, musicians, and more.
Many of our staff return each year, but various positions do become available from season to season.
If you are interested in employment or partnership opportunities, please email
