Booking Policy:

At the time of booking you are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Prior to payment of deposits, you will be asked to fill out an electronic waiver of liability & registration form.  Full payment is required 10 weeks prior to your trip dates.

Cancellation policy: 

If your cancellation request is received more than 10 weeks before the start date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $275 admin fee. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. If the cancellation request is received between 4 – 10 weeks prior to your trip dates, 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded. If the cancellation request is less than 4 weeks from the start of the trip, the cost of the trip cannot be refunded.

Explore further into more challenging terrain with this fast-paced hiking trip. We will move off-trail for long distances, walking along ridge lines and bagging peaks. We will keep the movement fast by mixing some scrambling and trail running.

Routes are dictated by weather, group fitness and objectives. There will not be any technical climbing or mountaineering involving ropes. However, you may need to use your hands when it gets steep.

Summer Lodge Occupancy:

  • Maximum occupancy of 15 Guests. Rooms sleep anywhere from two-six people. There are three Yurts and five private rooms in Woodhall.

We keep our packages flexible to line up your heli day with the best conditions. There is always the option to upgrade and add another heli bump day. Our meeting location is the Whitecap office based at the Pemberton Airport.

Group size

Each trip is based on up to four guests and one guide. Ideally, each group will be a private buyout to ensure we meet your objectives each day. We ask that you consider your ability level and let us know which of the following best describes your skiing/ boarding ability;

Crusher
Calling all crushers! This trip already has one client signed up with the goal of finding drops, pillows or other technical features like couloirs. You’ll fit right in if you are a strong skier or snowboarder and have backcountry experience but prefer to approach objectives with an ACMG guide by your side.

  • Three days with one heli assist: $4925 CAD + tax (group of four)/ $1231.25 CAD + tax (per person)

Helicopter flight time is limited. For extra helicopter flight time, the cost is $1582 CAD + tax per 30 minutes

How it works

1. Sign up for The Hotline here.

2. Our ACMG Guides will be watching the snowpack, weather and snow conditions of the zones in our backyard.

3. When the stars align and a specific line or zone is in prime condition, we will email the list in order to rally a group to do a strike mission.

4. Groups will have a max of 4 people to 1 guide. Personal objectives, fitness, and ski/ snowboard level will be taken into account when assembling groups, to ensure an epic day is had by all.

Standard Package

We keep our packages flexible to line up your heli day with the best conditions. There is always the option to upgrade and add another heli bump day. Our meeting location is the Whitecap office based at the Pemberton Airport.

  • Three days of skiing
    • Day 1 – Safety briefing, gear check, trip planning – Ski touring from your vehicle
    • Day 2 – Heli briefing – heli bump to ski touring – heli pick up at the end of the day
    • Day 3 – Objective evaluation – optional upgrade to heli bump day or ski tour from your vehicle

Group size

Each trip is based on up to four guests and one guide. Ideally, each group will be a private buyout to ensure we meet your objectives each day. We ask that you consider your ability level and let us know which of the following best describes your skiing/ boarding ability;

Crusher
Calling all crushers! This trip already has one client signed up with the goal of finding drops, pillows or other technical features like couloirs. You’ll fit right in if you are a strong skier or snowboarder and have backcountry experience but prefer to approach objectives with an ACMG guide by your side.

 

Price

  • Three days with one heli assist: $4925 CAD + tax (group of four)/ $1231.25 CAD + tax (per person)

Helicopter flight time is limited. For extra helicopter flight time, the cost is $1582 CAD + tax per 30 minutes

These prices are based on four guests, an ACMG ski guide, daily briefings and trip planning, and concierge assistance for building your package.
